The resolution took effect immediately upon publication, defining the specific costs for obtaining these sanitary certifications. Below are the updated values:
Sanitary Notification Requirement or Non-Requirement Certificate: $37.18
Sanitary Registration Requirement or Non-Requirement Certificate: $37.18
It is crucial to note that ARCSA has a two-month period from the date of publication of this regulation to make the necessary adjustments in their computer system to properly manage these charges.
