BIOGRAPHY
Nathaly Del Pozo is an attorney and Head of IP Prosecution at Meythaler & Zambrano Abogados. She has experience in corporate legal advisory, notarial law, and proceedings before U.S. federal agencies.
Her professional focus is on Intellectual Property and Fashion Law, with training in the identification and protection of intangible assets from the design stage through their international commercialization on e-commerce platforms.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at Universidad Europea de Madrid and holds a Diploma in Fashion Law: Intellectual and Industrial Property from Condé Nast College and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
