Doctor in Jurisprudence since 1994. Margarita is a Partner of Meythaler & Zambrano Abogados and leads the non-contentious practice of our Intellectual Property Department, with special emphasis on licensing and trademarks.
She was dDesignated by her colleagues as one of the best lawyers practicing in Intellectual Property and has published on several occasions. She has participated as a panelist in Seminars and Conferences on Intellectual Property, Community Law and Integration and Trade in the CAN countries.​
