BIOGRAPHY
Jhon is an antitrust and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in resolving complex disputes and advising businesses on commercial contracts, free competition and unfair practices.

He has represented multinational companies in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and food, as well as local companies, defending their interests in administrative proceedings and appeals before the Ecuadorian Competition Commission.
​
He has collaborated with the Court of Justice of the Andean Community and worked with Antitrust Consultores.
