Génesis Landy Soria is an attorney whose practice focuses on personal data protection, digital law, and regulatory compliance. She advises companies and institutions on the implementation of compliance programs, the drafting of policies and legal documentation, and the design of data governance frameworks under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).
