Damián Alberto Larco Guamán, Resolution NAC-DGERCGC24-00000007 has been issued, marking a turning point in the management of tax havens in Ecuador 2024, preferential tax regimes in Ecuador, and jurisdictions with lower taxation.
This resolution modifies the previous list, detailed in Resolution NAC-DGERCGC15-00000052, incorporating new jurisdictions that directly affect tax implications in Albania, Armenia, as well as the tax regime of Georgia and the status of Gibraltar as a tax haven.
